Downtown Fredericksburg: a gem for senior sessions

It’s always an honor to photograph a high school senior. This recent session with Jackson, a Brooke Point High senior, was so enjoyable. We went to downtown Fredericksburg, an area with a perfect mix of urban vibes and historic backdrops, making it the ideal setting for capturing Jackson’s unique personality and style. He brought multiple outfit changes, something that I encourage seniors to do in order to best reflect their personal style and accomplishments.

Jackson was a natural in front of the camera, and I loved how his confidence and relaxed demeanor came through in each shot. I always encourage my senior clients to be themselves, and Jackson did just that. His energy and personality shone through in every frame, from his thoughtful looks to his easy smiles.

Downtown Fredericksburg offers so many great spots for photos, from colorful street art and brick buildings to scenic parks and classic city streets. The vibe is a perfect match for any senior shoot because it has that balance of both modern energy and timeless charm.
